Two Police Officers Been Apprehended For Attempting to Rob Gold Miners in Ghana
Two police officers have been apprehended for attempting to rob gold miners at the galamsey site in Dunkwa-on-Offin Central Region of Ghana. The two police officers, Corporals Isaac Kumar and Omar Daniel were arrested Tuesday morning alongside two civilians.
According to Starr FM, the Dunkwa District police Commander, ASP Dela Dzansi, said the two police officers were fully armed and attempted to steal some unspecified amounts and gold items from the galamsey site. The officers and their two accomplices have been handed over to Manso Nkwanta police division in the Ashanti region.
